7 basic stuff a Website must have

Have you ever planning to have a website for your business? Well today, I will share with you the 7 basic stuff I think every website must-have to help you build a better website.

Responsive (Mobile Friendly)

The majority of all traffic comes from a mobile device of some sort. On top of that, we have the fact that a website that isn’t mobile-friendly will drop in the Google search results.CRO (Conversion Rate Optimized)

You want to figure out what the goal of your website is.

This should be the main focus of action for the visitor.

For example: If you’re a dentist and want visitors to book appointments, then this should be the first thing they see when landing on the website.

SSL

Your site should have an SSL certificate. Meaning it’s https instead of Http. Not only does it secure the website for the visitor, but it also helps getting ranked higher on Google searches.

Tracking

You need to start gathering data from the launch of your website. Install tracking from Google Analytics as well as a Facebook-pixel. This can later be used for both analyzing and running ads.

Cache

Setting up a cache for the website makes it load a lot faster. Not only is it good for the user experience, but you also guessed it, Google values it a lot as well and will get you higher in the search rankings.

Firewall

Make sure you have a firewall on your website. Several businesses have contacted me due to problems with hacks, flooding, etc. A good firewall-plugin prevents most of the risk of this.

SEO Assistance

Make sure you have an SEO-plugin installed (Yoast is a good example). This kind of plugin makes it a lot easier to overview the basic SEO of a website.
